The porch doubles up as a wood storage area and a welly and coat zone
Through the porch on the left is a newly refurbished sitting room, with antique furniture and has seating for six (it has a cupboard well stocked with traditional games e.g. playing cards, backgammon, Cluedo etc).
On the right is the recently refurbished dining room, with seating for six round the dining table, and a settle by the window so you can admire the view.
and then a newly refurbished bathroom (with a bath and no shower),
and a newly refurbished kitchen, which is fully equipped with everything you will need (apart from anything that works on electricity!).
The recently refurbished stairway
Off the landing on the right, you will find a large double bedroom with a king-size bed and two bedside tables. A large wardrobe and large chest of drawers will give you plenty of storage space. There is a long comfortable chair if you need to get away from everyone else and there are uninterrupted views out to sea.
On the left there is a twin bedded room, with two bedside tables, two large chests of drawers, and a bedroom chair.
Straight ahead is the snug cabin – ideal for those who love small spaces (think submariners) great for children or adults who want to feel they are in a pod. It is as long as a full size mattress and only just slightly wider! Note: Claustrophobics steer well clear. There is a drawer under the bed, and a small corner shelf. There is however plenty of storage space available in the twin bedded room.
