Prices

Bookings are now being taken from November '26 to February '27. Peanmeanach is fully booked until the end of October '26. 

The bothy roof will be painted in April/May '27, all materials and ladders will be brought in by boat at high tide, so once we have scheduled the workparty dates bookings will be opened up for the Spring/Summer '27 (probably in December).  Please email admin@ardnish.org to be added to the notification list for when bookings open up for Spring/Summer '27.

No price increases since 2024, and no silly dynamic pricing - just a fixed rate for the entire bothy.  The bothy is open all year, with a few gaps (usually in late October and April) for maintenance.  

• - Standard Rate (March to October) £59 per night for Friday and Saturday nights. 
• - Standard Rate (March to October) £46 per night for Sunday to Thursday nights.
• - Winter Rate (November to February) £45 per night for Friday and Saturday nights. 
• - Winter Rate (November to February) £35 per night for Sunday to Thursday nights.
• No Minimum hire period  - We recommend a stay of 2-5 nights.
• Flat rates throughout the season, for the entire bothy (which sleeps six in 2 beds and 2 camp beds), not per person. 

The bothy is run to make a small surplus/profit, which will be re-invested in the bothy (repaying the initial set up costs e.g.new wood burning stove, flue, furniture etc, creating a sinking fund for larger repairs (roof, windows etc), plus ongoing improvements and/or developing further bothies.
