Please email me at admin@ardnish.org to be added to the waiting list for 2024 (the house is available from late May to October) or to be added to the cancellation list for 2023 with details of your boating skills, weeks you are interested in etc.  

Booking priority is given to previous tenants who want to return (normally about 60% of weeks are for return tenants) - so there is usually some availability evey year), bookings are then taken in strict date order of when they were added to the waiting list.  

All bookings are for one or two week periods, from Saturday until the following Saturday (in general departing by 11am). As the mooring at Laggan dries out at low tides, your exact arrival and departure times will be confirmed in writing. A tide table will be sent to you along with the exact arrival and departure times on confirmation of your booking.  

Shorter bookings i.e. for weekends / part weeks are not available.

I will review every enquiry, and review your experience with boats and engines to ensure that you have the experience to manage the boat safely for you and your party.

If you have the requisite boating experience, I will then call you to discuss this and answer any questions.
